Parent and Child Sessions are informed by Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and use the principles of PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) to support safe and trusting relationships. Sessions provide a supportive space for parents and children to explore emotions together, strengthen connection, and build understanding.
Sessions are held weekly. Initial sessions are attended by parent(s) only. Each session lasts 50 minutes and begins on the hour. In person sessions only for parent and young person (but parent only sessions can be online).
